Chapter House, Kings Cross, recently underwent vital fire safety remediation to replace the existing spandrel panels into the unitised curtain walling system. This ambitious project involved the removal and replacement of over 5,500 combustible cladding panels across two 16-storey student accommodation towers. Metalline’s non-combustible ULTIMA 1 Insulated Spandrel Panels were selected to enhance fire performance, improve thermal efficiency, and provide a modern, seamless aesthetic.
