We are proud to reveal our latest technological investment; The TruBend Center 7030 is the benchmark when it comes to flexibility and productivity during panel bending.

Developed by German engineers, Trumpf, the Trubend is designed to digitally connect production technology to make it even more efficient, precise and future-proof. Thus, allowing our highly skilled workforce to deliver precision-engineered metalwork on time and to exact specifications delivering the ability to maximise productivity when producing complex workpieces.

The Trubend Center 7030 is a fully automatic panel bending unit which incorporates an ACB Laser, an optical bending angle correction system that operates without contact: a laser projects a line onto the sheet, and a camera then detects the angle part.

The Trubend’s various gripper systems help to hold the components in place in conjunction with the ACB laser to ensure precise angles so that the first part, is the perfect part.

With a unique 2-axis, part manipulator the Trubend positions the sheet metal and even enables negative bends giving greater flexibility in design and limitless possibilities.

The integrated tool changer prevents setup errors, reduces setup times and enables cost-effective single-part production.

Every bend is created automatically with the innovative rotary part manipulator. It secures the blank and, if necessary, rotates it to the correct position at a speed of 3000mm/s.

The scale of this investment is aimed at taking our expertise in the field of metal fabrication and amplifying this to work with specifiers on more bespoke and detailed designs to deliver a new vision for the future.

With these latest innovations, we have the opportunity to continuously develop our products without comprising the quality of our fabrications and remain at the forefront of the metalwork industry.
