ANOLOK Finishes & Colours

Metalline is at the forefront of the architectural fabrications market and supply a wide range of metalwork for vast commercial and domestic applications. Our product quality is of vital importance to us with all of our ANOLOK range made from J57S grade aluminium and sourced in accordance with ISO 9001 regulations.

ANOLOK is the proprietary given name for a two-step electrolytic colouring technique within architectural fabrications. This involves first anodising the parts and then transferring immediately to a plating tank containing usually tin or nickel salts. Electrical currents are then passed through the parts by ramping up the voltage giving usually a bronze or black colour finish.

Why use an ANOLOK finish?

  • It enriches the natural abilities of aluminium further giving a strongly contemporary finish with incomparable corrosion endurance.
  • Multiple patterns can be incorporated enhancing the natural metallic appearance without affecting the total UV resistance of the aluminium cladding.

Colours available include Natural Silver, Bronzes from light to dark, Regency Gold 1 & 2, Black and specialist Anolok II Blue-Grey and Stone-Grey finishes.

Alternative finishes are available including polyester powder coating to a full range of RAL colours.
