CNC press-brakes are used to accurately bend the sheet aluminium to form the shape required for the end product. Most panels require several bends - so CNC machinery is used to ensure the accuracy of the bends and conformity across all panels of a similar type. As with the CNC punchpress, details of the CNC programming are stored on computer for future reference, so if ever additional or replacement panels are required, this can be done quickly and efficiently. |
